DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Targeted massage for tension

Deep tissue massage uses firmer, slower techniques to work more deeply into areas of muscular tension. It can be particularly helpful when you're experiencing persistent muscle tightness, knots or areas that feel particularly tense. Your treatment will take place in my private Home salon in Chiswell Green, St Albans and will be

tailored to you, focusing on the areas that need the most attention.

Your treatment, tailored to you

Every body is different. Before your massage, we'll have a brief consultation to discuss any areas of tension and what you'd like me to focus on.  I'll then tailor the treatment and pressure to suit you.
