Hot stone massage combines the soothing warmth of smooth, heated stones with massage techniques to create a deeply relaxing treatment. The warmth of the stones helps to relax and warm the muscles, allowing the massage to feel soothing and comforting while working on areas of tension. It's a wonderful choice if you're looking to switch off, release muscular tension and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. The stones can be used as an extension of my hands during the massage, as well as gently placed on selected areas of the body to provide a feeling of warmth and relaxation.
